Our in-house architect provides a full set of detailed plans and structural calculations. These will be submitted for Building regulation approval and Planning permission if required and is Included in the fixed price quotation. Our Design and Build Service will help to ensure that you remain stress free whilst we deal with the necessary details.
Your conversion will be professionally managed by one of our dedicated teams and completed, according to the size of the project, within approx 5 to 8 weeks. After the scaffolding is erected the materials are taken up on the outside of the house and through the roof, minimizing disruption. A Qualified Building Inspector will visit the property as key stages are completed and there will be a Final Inspection at the end of the conversion.
All our loft conversions carry a company guarantee for a period of 5 years. We can also offer an additional insurance backed guarantee, if required.
